ws2.32.WSAConnectByNameA is not implemented in any of the versions.
I'm using 5.0 but looked at latest git and still not implemented there.

Also please set 'Version' field if possible. It's not that hard. Currently there are almost 6000 bugs without 'Version' field being set in 'Wine' product because people don't bother with these "details".
