The recently released wine-devel-rc4 lost a depend package libfaudio0:i386 so
install of wine-devel is prevented.

There was a problem on the OBS yesterday that wiped out all the i586 FAudio
packages. They have been rebuilt for Ubuntu 18.04 and 19.04 and Debian 10. You
should be able to install it from the OBS following the instructions in
https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=32192.

I'm using ubuntu 19.10,and I cannot find libfaudio0:i386 for that anywhere.

FAudio packages for 19.10 and later are provided by the distro, not us. If you
are having trouble installing it, report the problem to Ubuntu.
