AVP2 installer output wine 0.9.53

AVP2 installer crashes out on ubuntu 7.10 x86_46. You run the setup.exe and it
loads the installer background and the form (alien vs preadator 2 is
configuring the install shiled wizard etc etc) the prograss bar get a little
over 3/4 done then it freezes. SEE ATTACHMENT AVP2 installer output wine 0.9.53

Ive downloaded the update for the install wizard from
http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=q108322

Download and install ver6, it installs but freezes when it get close to
finishing.

No it did not work with wine 0.9.52 I think from memory I last worked on
0.9.49.

I've tested this in wine-0.9.52 and can confirm that this problem is not
present.

As I suspected before testing, this is without a doubt a duplicate of bug
11174.

I've gone ahead and done a regression test and it identifies the same patch as
identified in bug 11174.
