Running setup.exe (cabextracted from the installer vcsetup.exe) results in
stack overflow during window "Setup is loading installation components".

Hello,

same applies as to your bug 16980
Please learn to report bugs properly!

Although I know the current state of Visual Studio Versions/.NET Frameworks off
the top of my head I quickly tested and only see known bugs/show stoppers.
You most likely operated on tainted WINEPREFIX which makes this bug invalid
anyway.
