log running winecfg to set up new wineprefix

I have Ubuntu and installed wine 1.6-4 from the PPA. 
I deleted my existing wineprefix to start new. 
I ran winecfg. 
The program crashed. See log.

Report problems with packages to the package maintainer.

Is the Wine version really 1.6-rc4 or did you select that in error?

It's really 1.6 rc4. 
I believe they are numbered to match, and the version I installed was:
1:1.6-0ubuntu1~ppa4

Further information on the above comment.
1.6-4 is the latest version that does install.
I run 64-bit. 
The later versions are all missing the 386 component, that is:
wine1.6-i386:i386
or 
wine1.7-i386:i386
I checked the trusty repository too. Same thing. No 386.

While likely a packaging problem still, I've narrowed this down:

1) Only affects the 64-bit packages
2) You can apt-get install wine1.6:i386 on a 64-bit system and have it work
just as normal (provided you have a 32-bit .wine)
3) If you have a 32-bit .wine and open it with the 64-bit version, it continues
to work.
4) Does not happen with older Ubuntus.

So it's unique to 64-bit wine prefixes on Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy, somehow.

I've got it fixed now, in the wine1.6 packages.  wine1.7 was fixed earlier.

I've got 1.7 running in Trusty, and the Trusty ppa is up.
