IBM Via Voice is a voice recognition software for windows. My version is Millenium (Release 11) for portuguese speakers, but i beleave that the same error occours to versions for other languages. I installed it successfully and was able to create my voice profile, but the program freezes when i try to execute the speechbar.exe executable, wich would create a tool bar above the desktop.
