I'm using version 6.0.2 on Ubuntu 20.04.
This is a regression, because I do not have this errors on Ubuntu 18.04 with wine 6.0.2
1.) When running winetricks I get a sha256sum mismatch:

But the sha256sum mismatch problem is still present which prevents from installing the following DLLs: vcrun2008, vcrun2010, vcrun2017. vcrun2019

Did you follow this advice? If that doesn't fix it you may want to report this to winetricks. This doesn't look like a Wine bug from your description.
