Wine 6.22 +msiexec,+msidb [3.8 MB]

In a 64-bit WINEPREFIX, the uninstaller for SlingPlayer 1.5 briefly appears,
then exits silently.

In a 32-bit WINEPREFIX it gets further but is still useless (Bug 44233).

Same for the DoW demo which also uses InstallShield. Output is identical.

I'd be surprised if this doesn't affect more uninstallers, but uninstall is
rarely tested.
