Thank you all for your quick reply.
I managed to fix the issue.
Microsoft Office 2007 requires to add "riched20.dll" as Windows(Native) into the Library to make sure PowerPoint will load properly.
The key is to install SP3 before adding the rich20.dll.
I removed the Wine, removed all folders in.wine. Reinstall Wine, reinstall Office 2007, install all SPs. then add the riched20.dll. Everything works.
