--- Comment #10 from Matteo Bruni matteo.mystral@gmail.com --- Are you running the game with UseGLSL = disabled? Please retry with the default setting if that's the case.
Do you get any backtrace in the terminal after the crash? I guess the crash might be caught by the game, in that case please check if there is any .dmp file somewhere (possibly in the same directory the crash.log file you uploaded was from).

--- Comment #13 from DarkMan der_billyboy@hotmail.com --- P.S. I saw an out of memory Title onthe Wine Debug Window lately.
RAM seems not to be freed after a game round ends...only grows up.

--- Comment #15 from Matteo Bruni matteo.mystral@gmail.com --- The dump you attached didn't really help unfortunately. Actually, it's only useful if you generate a backtrace from it with the same Wine build which you were using at the time of the crash. So if you get the game to crash again you could run "wine winedbg file.dmp" (where "file.dmp" is the name of the new dump), then put the commands "info exception" and "bt" into winedbg and attach the output.
That said, if the game is running out of addressing space as you mention in comment 13 there isn't much we can do. You could try to set the large address aware flag on the game executable with one of the tools you can find on the internet, if it isn't already set. Another thing you could try is to lower the amount of video memory reported to the game via the VideoMemorySize registry key (see http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys).

--- Comment #16 from adrussel@hotmail.com --- Game crashes for me, too. Wine version 1.7.48. I have a log (stderr and stdout) with WINEDEBUG=+relay, but it's so many GB I can't figure out where to upload it, and it's not immediate what portion of the log is relevant.

--- Comment #17 from vartaghan@hotmail.com --- This bug is still present in Wine 1.9.9.
Using Debian Jessie, Kernel 3.16.0.4, Nvidia proprietary drivers.
The crash happens on either 64 and 32 bits version of the game.
Game graphic presets : High
Game performance (after crash): 21 FPS GPU: 0C Mem: 0Mb (but the game is still responsive) ping: 0ms
It seems the game just cannot sync with the server either in game or during map loading.

--- Comment #18 from winetest@luukku.com --- This comment is from game's appdb.
"The latest patch causes the startup of the game from the BattleNet client to fail with an error. I am not getting any additional information though.
Tested with 1.9.10, 1.9.18, 1.9.22 and 1.9.24. All crashes upon launch of the game. BattleNet and Hearthstone still plays successfully."
I also got that same crash wine 2.0.rc2.
Last test result suggest lots of wine overrides, I don't believe it needs so many.
