The automatic creation of the folder icons from their SVG source leaves a bit
to be desired.  The ones introduced in commits
ed2c8669f0e131791bca22ee122c156f85382b87 and
51f3e69120caf133becb122fc48c9414d83222d4 have pretty bad visual artifacts.

The folder icon appears clipped at the bottom edge, while the open folder icon
is heavily aliased.

Both can be seen in the standard file open dialog from any program.  I've
attached a screenshot from notepad.

The bottom edge is no longer cut off, thanks to Herve's updated icon, but the
aliasing remains.  See the attached screenshot.

Yes, no change since my last comment:  the small-size icons look aliased.
