[Bug 2057] When textbox is told to scroll to end of text, it doesn't

Tested current git with Arindal. Automatic scrolling to bottom of window works
nicely now, thanks a lot!
However, even with your latest commit my scrollbar will only update when I
actually click on it, or if the window is actively repainted (e.g., due to a
raise event).
