Fallout3. In main menu (create new game, options, [the one already
fullscreen]).

Mouse.
it doesnt leave the center of screen. 
if trying ms directx dlls (native), then it has some small rectangle (~quarter
of screen, lower left) in which only it works but doesnt leave it.

Keyboard.
only enter and direction keys are working, others - not, e.g. when entering
options menu.

Also, using fglrx drivers, (can it be related ?)

For the mouse part, this is more or less the same as other known bugs (search
bugzilla for "mouse center").
You can work around it (that works with a virtual desktop at least, didn't
check otherwise) by adding editing the registry:
- Create HKCU\Software\Wine\DirectInput
- Add the key MouseWarpOverride
- set to "disable"

I haven't had any more problem with the keyboard after this either, probably
the mouse was messing it up.

ok. mouse problem solved.

keyboard still not - one example of it - options menu, customize controls, no
key is working (except direction keys and enter)

AHA! sorry for this bug entry. (afterall :) )

after got mouse working, found, that maybe it should not be working as I
expected: esc does not go back in menus, direct press does not set action...

though pressing with MOUSE on some item, and then pressing key, action is
assigned, so keyboard is working :)

and menu backwards is only done with mouse.. nnicee..
