winemenubuilder-error

running anything with wine 10.2 gives this `The program winemenubuilder.exe has
encountered a serious problem and needs to close.` window - but they 'details'
button does not seem to work.

someone somewhere else just reminded me of this. fwiw 10.3 did not have this
winemenubuilder error or popup. feel free to close i guess?
