Dmitry, the application hangs after showing the 2 lines from comment 6. Nothing
else goes to console. One must kill the application with CTRL+C to stop it.
Tested in 1.3.37 + winetricks mdac28.

There is an unresponsive message box with black background which ought to show
an error about missing oledb provider.

Reminds me of bug 35797 (and others).

Delphi app with some fancy skinning. Might be hook related problem.

Using this bug as dupe collector.
