Crash log

Mario Teaches Typing 2 crashes during execution due to some msvideo functions
not being implemented. Namely "msvideo.dll.ICINSTALL" , "msvideo.dll.ICREMOVE",
and "msvideo.dll.ICIMAGECOMPRESS".

Unfortunately, a demo of this game does not seem to exist. A crash log is
attached.

If anyone wants to implement those functions, can use the link  above for
registry entries.
And also Please write those functions as wrapper functions to their equivalents
in msvfw32.dll

Please REOPEN this bug.  Mario Teaches Typing 2 still does not work in the
latest wine (1.3.28) on Ubuntu 11.10

When you run it, nothing happens, and after a few moments, one is returned to
the prompt.

I've attached a crash log.
