[Bug 3133] New: XLView (Excel viewer) can no longer open any files

Since 20050111 (but still continuing until 20050628), XLView can no longer    
open any files. When I attempt to open a file, I get the following error    
message in a dialog box:

'myfile.xls' cannot be accessed. The file may be read-only, or you may be    
trying to access a read-only location. Or, the server the document is stored    
on may not be responding.

The file is writable, it happens no matter where I store it (tried /tmp, c:,   
and c:\My Documents), and with two different files.

The same works flawlessly with wine 20041201
