All stable builds (SUSE 9.3) after 20050725 will not run ISIS Draw (chemical
drawing program).

Reproducible: 
Always (tested on SUSE 9.3 and 10.0, three different installations, with all
released versions of Wine 20050830 to 0.9.7).
