Test binaries to reproduce the issue
Might or might not be related to bug 40528.
Tested with cygwin 3.2.0. Fresh WINEPREFIX.
Binaries using cygwin1.dll just silenty quit when run.
Like "wine test.exe" quits without working.
When running then with "wineconsole test.exe" it works.
However, when called like "wine test.exe &> test.log" it works.
Attaching test binaries for simplicity.
