This issue is common among SiglusEngine.exe.
Because 初恋１／１体験版 (Hatsukoi 1/1 demo) and 学園退魔！ホーリー×モーリー体験版 (School Exorcism
Holy×Moly demo) also fail to run and show the same message.

SiglusEngine.exe loads version information (\VarFileInfo\Translation) from some
system files before showing the error message. Thus, I'll look their version
resource and versoin.dll closely.

Fixed by 9af3dffaf306a2afed242268a215bf09198d7e61.
But, the game still complains about timezone. I filed Bug 42719 for that.
