I'm running KDE/ubuntu, and have noticed that when I run steam if I have two monitors plugged in it runs at an unusable speed. If i unplug my second monitor wine runs steam perfectly fine.

all up it takes about 20-30mins to load on dual montor setup instead of less than a minute with single monitor setup...
