You are the maintainer of that entry. It is your responsibility to handle spam in comments.
If you are unwilling to do the work, please remove yourself as maintainer.

OK, go approach every app maintainer and ask them to remove SPAM. That's gonna be effing efficient.
I'm not going to remove SPAM. It's not my job. I maintain apps, I don't maintain spammers and SPAM in appdb.

--- Comment #6 from Rosanne DiMesio dimesio@earthlink.net 2013-04-27 07:34:22 CDT --- Maintainers maintain AppDB entries.
http://appdb.winehq.org/help/?sTopic=maintainer_guidelines states as the very first duty that maintainers are "expected to keep the application comments clean."
I have deleted all the spam comments from the 3DMark entry. I have also removed you as supermaintainer of that entry because of your direct refusal to do your job.

You can remove me from all other AppDB applications as well. My job is to remove invalid or spammy comments, it's not my job to keep AppDB clean from *** TEN THOUSAND SPAM messages *** (according to Google).
I hope I will never meet you in real life as I've never seen such an evil reaction to a simple kind request, comment 0:
"Please, delete all his comments."
Enjoy no maintainers and tonnes of SPAM. It seems like it's your preferred way of dealing with decent people who run your website, clean it, keep it up to date, and never ask anything in return.
Good bye and you can as well delete my account on AppDB if I understand your attitude towards maintainers and SPAM correctly. Why would I waste my time when someone is demonstratively spitting in my face? It's illogical and humiliating.

Maintainership for 3DMark removed
You have been removed as a maintainer of '3DMark'. The action was performed by Rosanne Reasons given Direct refusal to do the work required of a maintainer. See http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33394#c5.
You're not exactly honest and frank. I refused to clean ten thousand SPAM comments which I'd reported in the first place. But it's nice to be a king in a SPAMMY kingdom, right?
Never in my life I've dealt with such hostility and self-conceit.
Good bye.

--- Comment #9 from Rosanne DiMesio dimesio@earthlink.net 2013-04-27 11:10:22 CDT --- Nobody asked you to clean 10,000 comments. I told you to clean up the app entry you maintain, and you refused.
I have already manually deleted several hundred spam comments posted under multiple usernames, and expect to have to delete many more. It will probably take me hours. I have no sympathy for a maintainer who thinks deleting one comment is too much work.

--- Comment #10 from Rosanne DiMesio dimesio@earthlink.net 2013-04-27 16:24:20 CDT --- I have deleted all spam comments by tokoku12345 as well as spam comments made under other usernames (one at least seems to be the same person) in the past couple of months. I also checked back a full year of comments for other spam that may have slipped through, but found none before March of this year.
Anyone who thinks all 46,000+ comments going back 9 years should be reviewed is welcome to do so.
Note that while there was a lot of spam from this spammer, it was nowhere near 10,000 posts. Google treats every test report as a separate page, so the total number of pages returned from a search is not an accurate count of the total number of times a particular comment may appear: a single comment in an entry that has 80 test reports will show up on Google as 80 separate pages.
Note also that due to bug 31973, there is no way to prevent this spammer, or anyone else, from posting more spam.
