Astrolog (which worked fine under Wine up to Ubuntu 10.10) open OK under Ubuntu 11.04 and Wine 1.3.19 but gives a "critical error" when trying to open a horoscope chart. The Astrolog windows the freezes an is almost impossible to kill.

wine --version wine-1.3.20
Issue can be reproduced by executing any command that would create a ( modal ) window, for example: Info -> Set Chart Info ( Alt + z )
line similar to:
wine: Unhandled exception 0xc000008d at address 0x684cc3e9 (thread 0029), starting debugger...
is printed on STDERR

Can't confirm. Works here under: * wine-1.3.20, 1.3.23 and 1.3.23-160-g38c13e5 * Debian Squeeze 32bit * KDE 4.4.5

Replacing libfontconfig1 with older version http://packages.ubuntu.com/maverick/i386/libfontconfig1/download did the trick.

bug with 32 bit libfontconfig1 in Ubuntu 11.04.
This might be a bit unfounded statement, but using libfontconfig1 (2.8.0-2ubuntu1) instead of libfontconfig1 (2.8.0-2.1ubuntu3) makes issue disappear.
