Microsoft Reader hangs and has to be killed when put into Full Screen Mode.

This appears in the console:
fixme:win:LockWindowUpdate (0x30036), partial stub!
fixme:win:LockWindowUpdate ((nil)), partial stub!

To get this far, "winetricks vcrun6" required to work around Bug 18644.

In latest git the window still doesn't redraw and the app is unusable in full
screen mode, but pressing F11 to get it back to normal mode works fine.

Fixed in wine-1.3.29-121-gfdda702, although there is a different bug.
