When CSMT is enabled, the screen in Portal flickers. This probably also applies to all other Source engine games, and I think I've seen it in a few non-Source games.

--- Comment #2 from 0.0.0.0Dev@protonmail.com --- This issue is still present with wine staging 2.11. Also with multicore rendering enabled the game will crash after ~8mins. If The highest quality shader setting is enabled it will also crash the game.
