Hello folks,

indeed no download of old version given/available.
Also please don't mix multiple issues here. One issue per bug report!

Resolving 'abandoned' unless OP can provide a working download with allows to
reproduce the original installer issue.

The runtime issue is very likely bug 18104
Don't create another ticket for this.
