I have tested TeamViewer 4.1.6080 with wine 1.1.20 and added to the database here: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=16542
When running the File Transfer, it connects and pop up the commander window and turn me an error in a window:

I have tested with the last version of wine 1.1.21 and the same think. I put an attachment with the output of Teamviewer when trying to connect with the File Transfer.

Yes...sort of. You don't have to uninstall your packaged wine, you can run wine from the build directory.

The Remote Desktop is not working well now, i have to try three four times to connect and to appear the desktop, or its a black screen or the window doesn`t appear.
I attached two logs one from the remote and one from the file transfer.

The patch isn't in wine yet, the bug isn't fixed.
