Could you try again with gecko installed? A wineprefix without wine gecko is considered broken wineprefix.

I clicked OK for Gecko installation. And I clicked Cancel when Gecko installation is done and winecfg appears.

When you try to install the app, does the installation complete with a success message? Or does it say that the installation was interrupted and the system has been left unchanged?
Confirming with wine-1.7.29-57-gfbf2557: wine: Unimplemented function ntoskrnl.exe.IoRegisterPlugPlayNotification called at address 0x7b838ea4 (thread 0092), starting debugger...
I made a patch for this yesterday, in bug 36777. I'll send something in.
