Missing decoder: Advanced Streaming Format (ASF) (video/x-ms-asf)
Hello,
You need to install gstreamer plugins packages: good, bad and ugly, in both 32-bit and 64-bit architecture.
The name of the packages and instructions to activate 32-bit architecture and install the packages depends on your Linux distribution. Please search Internet if you need help with that.
Regards.

Closing INVALID.
Sorry, but the problem still presents in 8.0.2 despite all "good, bad and ugly" things has been installed. My previous "thanks" comment was about politeness for the the advice, but not about confirmation the issue was fixed. Reopen it please. New console output of 8.0.2 version included.

ecodebin4: Your GStreamer installation is missing a plug-in.
You should have to fix that before reporting bugs. And installing gstreamer mmeans installation 32-bits version of gstreamer and its complements.

Well, I have already had gstreamer plugins good, bad and ugly in both x32 and x64 versions being installed, gstreamer-plugins-base (x32, x64 too), lib-gstreamer1.0-0. After installing gstreamer-libav:i386 the Ubisoft, Techland and Chrome Engine videos have appeared, but with sound crackling and some kind of micro stuttering, but when game intro starts to play the game hangs in several seconds. The game main menu doesn't have video, the same it was before. Moreover, without libav libraries installed the rest of the game works fine, and with it the game just hangs when trying to load a save.

--- Comment #13 from joaopa jeremielapuree@yahoo.fr --- O, now that yout setup is fixed, you should open a new bug report. DOn't forgot to attach the console output there.
