[Bug 789] - __CxxFrameHandler and Friends might be incomplete/wrong

geoshell (http://www.geoshellx.com) and WinCVS (http://www.wincvs.org) both 
suffer from problems due to this. If anyone is still working on this then these 
two projects may help as they are both GPL.
