I really have 3 problems.
My machine is an amd64 laptop running FC4 in i386 mode.
I have wine 0.9 (from 0.9-1 rpm).

1.
I installed Diablo 2 just fine. I am not using any no-CD crack.
I had to change the Diablo 2 CD entry in the registry from Z:/media/cdrecorder
to D:, and the dosdevice D: /media/cdrecorder.
I try to install the expansion set but the installer claims that i have to
install Diablo 2 first, even though it is installed!
How do I get Diablo 2 Expansion set to find my Diablo 2 installation?

I have two audio devices on my laptop: an RME Hammerfall (hw:0) and an SiS sound
controller (hw:1). I can get no sound from wine (and Diablo 2) using alsa, jack
or oss.
Jack works for other programs, and I cannot find how to send flags to alsa using
wine.
How do I get sound to work?

I once got the diablo 2 vid-test program to detect both Direct3d and directdraw.
When selected direct3d would cause running Diablo2 to crash. Now I use
directdraw 2d. I have the ati-fglrx kernel module installed, you would think I
could use it through wine.
How do I optomize graphics in wine?
