And add repository: deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/ jessie main
Apt-get install result in:

I see that the correct link are : https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/pool/main/w/wine-staging/wine-stagi...

In theory all files should point to the 2.1 release, but for some reason, they have not been properly updated. The following Packages file for example still contains references to 2.0:

Adding a random parameter (to avoid the cache) returns the correct version:
