I tried the game with wine 0.9.29 and it does not crash anymore, but no windows
appear anywhere.
You have to start with full path, then a nice little login window comes up 
(wine "c:\Program Files\ShVIP\hall\sh_hall.exe"). So this is apparently fixed.
