1. Enter the installation.
2. Dialog (see attached install1.png) comes up having text 'press next', but
the 'next' button does not appear - only cancel, making installing impossible.

Agreed, now it installs, but running it crashes it.

confirming in 1.1.10 and eDrawings 2009(Bug was for 2008)
The workaround still works(You can click where the button should be and it'll
continue fine.)
