Hello,

After an update from 8.0-rc5 to 8.5 some applications fails to start.

I did a regression test and the last working release is 8.1 (exact commit in
regression field).

The affected applications are:
Ubisoft connect (prevents ability to play many games) (on 32-bit and 64-bit).
ImgBurn.

Hello,

It's actually not a regression.

Before the commit, Wine reported a wrong windows version (5.1 although it
should have been 10.0 as win10 was selected in winecfg).

After the commit, Wine reports the proper version that is selected in winecfg.

I retested Wine 8.2 and the applications crash or work depending on the windows
version selected in winecfg.

Ubisoft connect works with win7 but not win8 or win10.
ImgBurn works with winXP but not with win7 or win10.

They will most likely need separate bugs to diagnose why they fail with those
windows versions.
