HTML-Kit 292 has a list of installed plugins, found at help -> installed plugins. To the right, it shows a "preview" with information about the plugin. Clicking on a different plugin in the left pane should cause the preview to refresh and show information about that plugin, but it doesn't work; it seems to be "stuck" on the initial preview.
A workaround is native shdocvw (from winetricks ie6).
