Demo version of 夏色あさがおレジデンス (Natsuiro Asagao Residence) doesn't run and it
shows following error message:

Of course, I ran it with Japan Standard Time, i.e. /etc/localtime points to
/usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Tokyo.
This issue is common among SiglusEngine.exe.

The message still appears in wine 3.0-rc1.
Commit 35d93e02d1a26586f4688d36895668cdeaa04feb slightly changes its text. Now,
it correctly shows "Tokyo Standard Time". However, it still complains about
time zone settings.
I guess it requires localized Time Zone name.

The application doesn't use .Net framework.

Since time zone name is translatable by the recent commmit, updating
translation 94c3cd2fe37a9d8d38c393ecf732812dca6c78c3 fixes this issue.
