Wine 4.13 not starting Adobe Digital Editions 2

Adobe Digital Editions 2 has been working fine till Wine 4.12.1

After upgrading to Wine 4.13 the applications doesn't start. A "Program Error"
windows is shown. A screenshot is attached

Also attached are two logs: Running the application with Wine 4.12.1 and 4.13.
In both cases I'm using the same wineprefix. Downgrading from 4.13 to 4.12.1
lets the application start again

I'm using native .NET
Installed using the full-package installer from MS: wine
~/Downloads/dotnetfx35.exe

Overriding *mscorwks to "native,builtin" (or "native") should have the same
effect.

Confirming that library override: mscorwks (native,builtin) works on 4.13
