Used internet explorer installed by ies4linux (http://www.tatanka.com.br/
ies4linux)ver 1.3.3.

The installation worked fine with wine 0.9.3, but does not work with 0.9.4. 
Reinstallation under 0.9.4 does not fix the problem.
To check the bug, run ie6 and try to open www.microsoft.com:
