[Bug 48] - PrgWin95/98: System metrics differ from the Win9x values

What's the status of this bug? It's been more than a month since the last 
comment, and as far as I can tell, there's only one outstanding value left to 
do (SM_CXSIZE).

Francois, can you please retest with the latest Wine, see if there are any 
differences still left?
