Ghostrunner crashes when loading new levels (though the initial load works fine and it autosaves before loading the new level, so it's still possible to progress by simply restarting the game):

So 0x140d3dd40 returns 0, but it's apparently supposed to return a memory address. Haven't really looked much beyond this though.
