1. Run winecfg
2. Select the "Desktop Integration" tab
3. Press the "Install theme..." button
4. Browse to a .theme file
5. Press OK

EXPECTED: All the data in the [Control Panel\Colors] section should be applied
to the user registry.

OBSERVED: Only a subset of the colours are applied.

Support all theme colours

This patch allows the user to correctly import a theme's colour data. It also
allows the user to edit those colours in the colour section of the "Desktop
Integration" tab.

I have submitted this to wine-patches last week. I am adding it here so it
doesn't get lost.
