both bemoaned Study Smart not working, so I gave it a shot.
Sure enough, besides the installer buttons having no text,
the darn app sits at startup in a loop without putting up a window.
+relay,+seh shows a 600 line repeating section, attached.

The application works very well in wine 1.7.3.

I cannot reproduce the original issue but the application certainly works far
better now than in wine 1.2.3 so I'm assuming this as fixed.
