--- Comment #2 from Ian ipickert55@gmail.com 2013-09-25 09:55:25 CDT --- I didnt think a log would be much help here.
Ive tested this on both my Intel HD 4000, and my ATI Radeon HD 5870. Dunno driver version because of mac.

--- Comment #3 from Ken Thomases ken@codeweavers.com 2013-09-25 10:23:10 CDT --- What version of Mac OS X?
Does switching to the X11 driver make a difference? http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys#line-177

--- Comment #5 from Ken Thomases ken@codeweavers.com 2013-09-26 12:49:28 CDT --- Are you using any other Wine registry settings? For example, the UseGLSL setting for Direct3D.

--- Comment #7 from Austin English austinenglish@gmail.com --- This is your friendly reminder that there has been no bug activity for over a year. Is this still an issue in current (1.7.37 or newer) wine? If so, please attach the terminal output in 1.7.37 (see http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log).

--- Comment #8 from Béla Gyebrószki gyebro69@gmail.com --- I can reproduce the problem in Wine 1.7.45 with the open source nouveau driver but not with the proprietary Nvidia drivers (340.76). Maybe the game checks the Opengl capabilites of the given hardware and automatically disables those graphical options when certain requirements are not met. I don't have native Windows to test the game.

--- Comment #9 from Béla Gyebrószki gyebro69@gmail.com --- Just like with bug #34075: the updated SW:KOTOR II on Steam doesn't exhibit the problem on my system any more. Frame buffer effects and soft shadows can be enabled in the new version.
