Error message show Paperport did not install under "Wine"

I am using Ununtu. Trying to install PaperPort for my Brothe MFC 240c printer.
Wine launches the installation but I get an error message that says:

"PaperPort installer failed to respond." I have included a screen shot

Please run the installer from the command prompt and attach the terminal
output.

Abandoned. If still an issue in current (1.1.15 or newer) wine, and you can
provide the requested information, please reopen.
