I tried starting with WINDEBUG=+file and one of the errors was failure to find 'rapi.dll', which after searching I found to be part of Active Sync.
It may be a red herring but Active Sync *is* launched by TomTomHOME during start up.
The problem however, is that Active Sync lists 'USB' as "Not Supported".
It is possible that this is really just a problem with ActiveSync and USB.
