You can see it easier when the kde/titlebar frame is turned off

The top of the title bar (containing the ribbon etc) isn't fully drawn, just
the lower portion of it.

Probably when the bar is showing 54216 (close button and maximise not drawn)
will show up. It looks like that might be the case but unsure until it can be
seen (workaround is using the kde window ones anyway). CBReader's title bar is
drawn correctly though (uses wine's title bar without also kde's)

Could this bug be caused because it starts up with kde's title bar as well
meaning that sizings for the window/bar go wrong?
