Left 4 Dead rendering problem.

Left 4 Dead has the ATI max varyings bug #17437.  Once that patch is applied I
can get into the game, but the characters are not rendering correctly. 
Attached is a picture.

System Specs.

Latest wine 1.1.20 git with max varyings patch applied.
Ubuntu 9.04 32 bit
Amd 64 3200
2GB Ram
ATI HD 3850 AGP
Latest ATI Driver 9-4.

Duplicate at best or outright invalid. You using hakish / incomplete patches.
For broken drivers to begin with.

Also why did you attach the same huge file twice?
