Try again in a clean WINEPREFIX without any third-party patches.

--- Comment #6 from themainliner themainliner@hotmail.com --- Ahmed are you still launching World of Warcraft through the Battle.net app? Or does your wine shortcut point directly to wow.exe. Show us the command line of the wine shortcut you are using to start World of Warcraft please.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57382
--- Comment #7 from Ahmed W. oneofone@gmail.com --- @themainliner I use battle.net, but I get the same results (same winedebug log) for the wow process.
It starts as a zombie.
Downgrading fixes the issue, I'll try a clean wineprefix and report back.

--- Comment #8 from themainliner themainliner@hotmail.com --- Try launching WoW independent of BAttle.net app matey.
Also, which distro are you using?
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57382
--- Comment #9 from Ahmed W. oneofone@gmail.com --- The log is from launching wow.exe directly, not from battle.net.
I'm using arch, I tried with normal wine, wine-staging, wine-tkg, same log, same zombie process.
Anything else I can do to debug? I don't think I've ever had this problem, if something isn't working, it usually just crashes with an actual log.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57382
--- Comment #10 from Ahmed W. oneofone@gmail.com --- It seems like a clean prefix fixes the problem, I'll just reinstall I suppose.
Not sure if I should close this bug, since it's still a bug, I've had the same prefix since 9.16, upgrading wine never caused a problem.

--- Comment #11 from themainliner themainliner@hotmail.com --- Please close this bug. Wine is in constant development, staging is actually the experimental branch.Changes, problems and regressions can and do occur. A fresh wineprefix is a recommended troubleshooting step as upgrading the prefix with each new version of wine(-staging) can introduce inconsistencies and corruptions to existing prefixes.
Glad you're working again!
