Do you use CUPS?
(wine get the ppd from CUPS)

Did you try use the Debug-Channels?

WINEDEBUG="+winedebug,+wineps,+file" wine yourall.exe 2>log.txt

should give you more hints, where the Problem migth be related.

Did you try your Printer with "generic.ppd" (comes with wine)?
